opportunity for students entering 8th thru 12th grade to enhance
their academic and development skills in areas listed below.

In addition, the Drexel University setting enhances the
participant’s experience in appreciating a college atmosphere. When:

The easy CHECKLIST below will help you
expedite your application form. All parts of the checklist
must be completed to process your application.
1. The application form attached must be completed • Parent or
guardian must complete page 1 of application form • School counselor
must provide verification input on page 2 of the application form
(online applicants must download the form, submit it to your
counselor, and mail it in).
2. Academic Records must be submitted: • Copy of the third
marking period (latest available) school transcript • Copy of latest
available standardized test result
3. Complete the online application or mail or Fax completed

4. If your application is approved, you will be notified on or
before June 23, 2008. We subsidize 90% of the program cost for
participants. For four weeks of attendance, you will need to pay a
nominal registration/program fee of $100.00 via cashier’s check or
money order payable to : Exodus to Excellence
